How I work
I work research-first: framing problems with stakeholders, validating with users, iterating in Figma. I use Miro to document user insights and testing — structured reports with findings, impact assessment, and prioritised next steps. Cursor, Claude, and Figma Make speed exploration, prototyping, and handoffs — more variants tested, clearer delivery — so I can focus on judgment, accessibility, and outcomes.
