RisikorapportRedesigned how Risikorapport is produced and published — an editorial hub for IMR staff, and a public site that updates when content is approved.

Client

Institute of Marine Research

Since 2010, the Institute of Marine Research has published Risikorapport norsk fiskeoppdrett — an assessment of production mortality and environmental effects of Norwegian aquaculture. Historically it arrived as one annual package. This project redesigned the full platform so IMR editors can track progress, validate data, and edit chapters — and so the public site can publish each part when it is ready, instead of waiting for a single yearly drop.

Value for client

Led UX so Risikorapport publishes when ready — one platform for editors to produce the report, and a public site that updates as soon as content is approved.

  1. From annual drop to continuous publishing — findings go live when validated, not only at year-end.

  2. Admin hub for progress, data validation, and chapter editing — QA before anything ships.

  3. Public site with year archive, map of 13 production areas, and traffic-light risk tables.

Produce when ready — publish when ready

Editors build Risikorapport across shared chapters and 13 production areas. The old model held everything for one yearly release. Readers needed findings sooner — so each approved part can go live on its own.
