Collaborated with Oslo municipality's case management team to understand their unique needs, pain points, and workflow details, ensuring the application aligns with their daily tasks and improves efficiency.
Ensured alignment with Oslo municipality's Design system, created a responsive user-friendly interface.
Work closely with the development team, providing design specifications and ensuring a smooth integration of the application into existing case management systems.
Provided training sessions for users to a smooth transition to the new application.
Regularly usability testing to improve design decisions, resulting in reducing task completion times and increasing user satisfaction.
