Client
The project is to transform DNB's main building into a smart building by installing sensors and processing incoming data to make the workplace operation more cost-effective and optimised. The project is a collaboration between Telenor and DNB. Telenor is responsible for setting up infrastructure to retrieve data from sensors in the building to DNB. We program an autonomous Nao robot Pepper to process data from the sensors and produce this to customers and employees.

VALUE FOR CLIENT
I worked as a visual design and collaborated with a service designer and a developer. I designed the entire UX solution for the Nao robot. The robot represents DNB above customers and will assist staff and at reception so that DNB's visual identity was used. The consultant developed with the customer and team concept and user cases for the service boat to give employees and customers a good user experience. Thorough user testing and more interactions with improvements were also conducted.
